The Challenge
Working at LBi to create a global intranet for all staff of the energy supplier to contain information, training, personnel, etc. for National Grid. This was with an established UX team to create high-end visuals, working with researchers to devise and participate in user testing, and help to create a style guide.
Agile work with Account Managers, BAs, Developers, Researchers and QAs.
