Present regularly to stakeholders a UX strategy and process to implement best practice for the project.
Research
Research methods included interviews with SMEs, ethographic studies, analysis of data and surveys conducted via the existing site and product partners.
Analysis
Define user needs and requirements. Devleop personas, user journey maps. Using this research and analysis to sketch, test and iterate using existing patterns and continued feedback from users and stakeholders.
Solution
Create user workflow with technical architecture mapping and a roadmap in order to develop the project in an Alpha phase.
The Challenge
HM Treasury set up a small research team for a Discovery project to restructure the advice and guidance service when claiming pensions to potentially offer more flexibility.
Agile, fast paced and research focussed, working closely with a number of government departments, FCA, Insurance industry and charities. Regularly presenting to stakeholders.
